I'm tired of talking to the robot on the phone. I need to communicate with a live person from Express Scripts. I am running out of medicines, without which it is difficult for me.

There are situations that require a quick solution, and instead you are put on hold of your call or a robot is talking to you that can't help you. Indeed, I want to get a normal communication with a living person. If there is such a need to communicate with representatives of the company, I contact them in express scripts customer service, which I recommend to you.
