I had to cancel the car rental. The host confirmed the cancellation. To date, Turo has not refunded my money. It is impossible to get through to them and talk about the refund.

I agree with you completely about the unsuccessful attempts to contact someone from this company by phone. I've been in this situation a couple of times myself. I advise you not to waste time trying to contact them by phone or via email, but immediately start contacting them through turo customer service. This will save you a lot of time. Follow my advice.
